Manage My Subscription / Access Customer Portal

You can manage your subscription in your own Instagram Growth Customer Portal Here.

Here’s what you can do on the portal:

  • Update your payment method information
  • Change your personal details
  • Update your billing information
  • Download invoices
  • Check payment history and
  • Cancel the subscription

Create your own customer portal:

If you don’t have a customer portal, you can create one by using the email you used to pay for the service. Watch this video for more guidance.

Cancel the subscription:

If you want to cancel or unsubscribe from our service:

  1. Log in to your own customer portal here,
  2. Select the account that you wish to cancel
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page,
  4. Click the “Cancel” button, under the “Subscription” section.
