Manage My Subscription / Access Customer Portal
You can manage your subscription in your own Instagram Growth Customer Portal Here.
Here’s what you can do on the portal:
- Update your payment method information
- Change your personal details
- Update your billing information
- Download invoices
- Check payment history and
- Cancel the subscription
Create your own customer portal:
If you don’t have a customer portal, you can create one by using the email you used to pay for the service. Watch this video for more guidance.
Cancel the subscription:
If you want to cancel or unsubscribe from our service:
- Log in to your own customer portal here,
- Select the account that you wish to cancel
- Scroll to the bottom of the page,
- Click the “Cancel” button, under the “Subscription” section.
